Besides a beautiful peacock putting on a fashion show while strutting about with its expanded, gorgeous feathers, the rainbow is my absolute favorite “picture” that nature displays. I’ve been known to pull over on the side of the road a time or two just to marvel at one of the most wondrous works that my eyes have ever seen. It just never gets old!
When I see the rainbow, it brings me so much joy. Not only do I think about my deceased parents who now dwell “above the clouds”, I think about the covenant that God promised to us despite our torn and wretched humanity. (Check out Genesis 9 to see what I mean.)
Let’s be honest -- we humans don’t really deserve His love. Our human nature lends itself to greed, envy, selfishness, violence, and every disastrous emotion (and linked behavior) that there is. Don’t believe me? Then why is that children have to be taught to share, be kind, and to make good choices? It’s almost as if some of us come out of the womb fighting and behaving out of control until someone teaches us differently. LOL! Think about that...
Fortunately for you, God’s love conquers all and through His love, you always win! There is no “human hiccup” that he can’t change and nothing that you’ve done that he won’t forgive -- no matter how bad you think it is. Don't let anybody tell you any different!
Personal wholeness and total well-being are about acknowledging your shortcomings and developing a plan to become a better YOU in every area of your life. What you see as your faults may have become a barrier to your progress, but God can help you fix all of that!
What will it take for you to dig a little deeper to truly experience the healing that you need -- that you deserve? How much longer will you keep trying the same thing over and over expecting different results?
Here’s what you need to know: God’s love covers all wrong, and you have already been forgiven. So, when are you going to forgive yourself?
You deserve to love, be loved, and to live an abundant life. God is love, and He is extending His love, grace, and abundance to you! In Him, love always wins and conquers all that is designed to stop you from reaching your destiny!
